Lady Grandmother pisses me off for three reasons:
- One, if you’re romancing Prince Hamid, MC could have been a princess of the Ottoman Empire instead of a Countess, which would have been WAY BETTER.
- Two, she had the audacity to say “What have I done?” like the MC hasn’t been pleading with her not to make her marry Duke Richards the entirety of the Desire and Decorum duology.
- And three, someone said this already, but making her marry the Duke literally goes directly against one of MC’s father’s last wishes.
